• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Identity verification is required for withdrawals exceeding ৳ 10,000.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Sports Betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Live Betting:

• Odds in Live Betting change rapidly. The most current odds at the time the system accepts a bet will apply.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a network issue, the relevant amount will be returned to the account.

2010wc reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error or incorrect odds are identified.

2010wc hosts daily, weekly, and monthly draws in the lottery section. Before participating, please take note of the following terms:

• Tickets start at ৳10 each. A single participant may purchase up to 100 tickets per draw.
• Tickets cannot be returned or cancelled once purchased.
• Draws are fully automated and powered by Provably Fair technology.
• Winners will be notified via SMS and email to their registered mobile number.
• Prize amounts will be credited directly to your 2010wc account.
• Account verification is mandatory to claim prizes exceeding ৳50,000.
• Prizes not claimed within 30 days of the draw will be forfeited.

2010wc reserves the right to delay or reschedule any draw due to technical reasons. All ticket holders will be notified in advance in such cases.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair environment on 2010wc:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Hacking the system, using bots, or accessing the platform through any other automated means.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
• Attempting to bypass the identity verification process with false information.

Any account found engaging in the prohibited activities listed above will be immediately suspended, the account balance will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

2010wc reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Upon evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the user's own request.

Users will generally be notified by email or SMS before an account is closed. However, in urgent situations — such as fraud or a security threat — the account may be closed without prior notice.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
