Registering on 2010wc is quick and simple. Go to the registration page and enter your mobile number, password, and the required details. You'll receive an OTP on your phone — verify it and your account will be activated instantly. The whole process takes just 3 minutes.

No. Per 2010wc's policy, each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process. Before your first withdrawal, you'll need to upload a photo of your National ID or passport. This keeps your account secure and helps prevent fraud.

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Use that code to set a new password. If you're already logged in, you can also change your password from your profile settings.

If your account is suspended, email support@2010wc.com or reach out via live chat. Our team will inform you of the reason and work to resolve it quickly. In most cases, completing KYC is all it takes to reactivate your account.
Deposits & Withdrawals

2010wc currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All payments are processed through mobile banking, making it the most convenient option for Bangladeshi users.

The minimum deposit is 500 BDT and the minimum withdrawal is 1,000 BDT. Daily deposit limits go up to 50,000 BDT and daily withdrawal limits up to 30,000 BDT. VIP members have separate limits.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. The fastest service is available during office hours (9 AM–11 PM). Your first withdrawal may take a little longer if KYC verification is not yet complete.

Wait 15 minutes first. If the funds still haven't arrived, contact support with your transaction ID. Keep a screenshot from Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket — it speeds up the resolution. Most cases are resolved within the hour.

2010wc does not charge any transaction fees. However, Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket may apply their own charges, which are set by the respective mobile banking operator. Check your payment app for details on those fees.

A wagering requirement means you need to place a certain amount in bets before withdrawing a bonus. For example, a 1,000 BDT bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must bet 10,000 BDT in total. You can track your progress in the account dashboard.

A daily bonus is automatically credited each time you log in to 2010wc. Log in 7 days in a row and you'll earn a special weekly reward. The bonus amount depends on your account level and activity.

Sports Betting

Live betting means placing bets in real time while a match is in progress. Log in to 2010wc, go to the "Live" section, select an ongoing match, and bet on the updated odds. Odds change every moment — quick decisions are key.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, a cashout feature is available on selected events, which lets you secure a partial or full return before the match is over.

If a match is fully cancelled, the full bet amount is refunded. If a match starts after the scheduled time or remains unresolved due to circumstances, the bet may be voided or refunded in accordance with 2010wc's rules.
Lottery & Casino Games

Log in and go to the Lottery section. Choose your preferred lottery and purchase a ticket. The ticket price and prize amount are displayed upfront. Draw results are announced in the Lottery section and by email.

Small prizes are automatically credited to your 2010wc wallet. Larger prizes may require KYC verification. Once the prize is in your wallet, you can withdraw to Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket at any time.
